M/s. JAGMOHAN GOEL & ASSOCIATES was established on 22nd January 1999. Currently Firm is operated by two partners viz. Mr. NILESH CHOUDHARY FCA, qualified in November, 2009 and by Mrs. RAJNI CHOUDHARY ACA, qualified in May, 2018. The firm has strength of 10 (Ten) Experienced and Competent Audit Assistants and 5 (Five) Trainees.

The firm has conducted Statutory and Tax Audit of Public & Private limited Companies, firm, Proprietorship Concerns, Schools, colleges etc. It is practicing as consultant on Income Tax and Company Law Matters since February, 1999.

Present Clientele: 550 odd clients who include 100% EOUs, Petro Chemical Companies, Garment Manufacturers, Real Estate Companies, Stock Broking Companies, Partnership Firms, Societies, Advertising Agencies, Banks and Individuals. Experience of Bank Audit: Conducted Statutory of various branches of Nationalized Banks & Private Sector Banks having more than Rs. 10 Crores of advances for consecutive Fourteen Years.

Experience of Fixed Assets: Verification and reconciliation of Times of India, Radio Mirchi, Planet-M (Group Companies of Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd.), ILFS (HSBC Group Companies), Future Money (Pantaloon Group Co.) and TATA Steel (A TATA Group Company).
